How to Insert
Fold
Hold the base of your cup, flatten the opening and fold in half.
Insert
Angle your cup towards your tailbone and insert it upwards until the removal loop is inside.
Placement
Rotate the cup in both directions or pull it slightly down. If the cup doesn’t move – you’re good to go!
Removal
Grab the removal loop and softly squeeze the base to release the seal. Gently pull the removal loop and the cup is out!
